Energy efficiency monitoring, diagnostics, energy-saving strategy calculation and execution, equipment monitoring, fault diagnosis, intelligent operation and maintenance, remote control, unattended operation, and other functions, providing customers with "full-process efficiency and full-process worry-free" service.
Supply/Exhaust Air Energy Efficiency Control Cabinet
■ Integrated power and control design eliminates the need for customers to separately configure "ventilation fan distribution cabinets (boxes)" or "ventilation fan control cabinets (boxes)."
■ Available in "master control" and "slave control" types. The master control box contains a programmable controller, while the slave control box has no controller but is equipped with relay modules that can communicate with the master control box to enable the master controller to control all networked supply/exhaust fans.
■ Each ventilation energy efficiency control cabinet integrates the power distribution and control of supply and exhaust fans.
■ For individual fans with power <5.5kW, frequency conversion control is not used; the energy efficiency control cabinet enables start/stop control.
■ For individual fan units with power ≥5.5kW, frequency conversion control is adopted, and frequency converters are configured.
■ Selection is based on the number and power of supply/exhaust fans.
■ Multiple control modes: remote, local, automatic control, manual control, etc.
■ Enables start/stop control and frequency adjustment of supply/exhaust fans, as well as switch control of air dampers.
■ For spaces like underground garages where CO concentration may exceed standards, CO sensors are added to enable precise control of supply and exhaust air volumes based on CO2 and CO concentrations.
■ Monitors the power consumption of supply/exhaust fans and generates energy efficiency reports for air supply volume, exhaust volume, and power consumption.
■ Fault alarm and protection functions: provides relevant fault detection and protection, issues audible and visual alarms, and records fault alarm history.
■ Parameter setting function: requires an upper computer to set and optimize control values for CO2 and CO concentrations in controlled spaces.
